Stroke

Stroke is a major medical event causing mortality and major disability.  Once damaged brain tissue fails to heal itself, patients suffer from permanent brain damage and physical disabilities.  Acupuncture is very effective in healing damaged brain tissue and minimizing disabilities.  Although most effective shortly after stroke, acupuncture can still work wonders years after a stroke has occurred.

Peripheral Neuropathy

Diabetes, chemotherapy, and autoimmune disorders are medical conditions that can damage nerve endings in the hands and feet.  Western Medicine offers medications for symptom relief but there is no treatment or medication that can cure or slow down the progression of this condition.  Acupuncture is the only medical treatment that can reverse the progress and even cure peripheral neuropathy.
